Role Overview

We're seeking a IT Support Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in managing day-to-day IT

operations, providing endpoint support, and overseeing user lifecycle management. The role

involves troubleshooting hardware issues, managing vendors, maintaining Wi-Fi and biometric

systems, and ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding for users across macOS and Windows

environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide IT support for macOS and Windows systems, including troubleshooting

software, hardware, network, and technical issues.

● Manage device repairs, coordinate with vendors, and maintain asset inventory.

● Manage JumpCloud (MDM, SSO, policies, etc).

● Administer Google Workspace – user provisioning, access control, and group

management, etc.

● Handle employee onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access).
