Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled support Engineer to join our team. In this role, Associate will be responsible for Monitoring, tracking and taking actions for the service requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate these concepts into user-friendly documentation. This includes mainly process documentation or wikis or SOPs.

Monitoring, tracking and following up the requests
Conducting regular analysis of the KPIs and following up with the teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.
