Job Description
We’re looking for a IT Support Engineer to manage and improve internal IT systems. You’ll support employees day-to-day while also contributing to projects that improve systems, tooling and processes across a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT issues and streamline support processes
- Oversee device setup, tracking, and management through MDM tools
- Manage user accounts and access in Okta and Google Workspace
- Deploy and maintain Windows and macOS devices
- Support office infrastructure, AV systems, and basic networking
- Assist with projects, create documentation, and share knowledge with the team
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in IT support or TechOps in dynamic environments
- Strong skills in Windows and macOS support
- Familiarity with MDM solutions (Jamf or Intune) and identity management (Okta / AD)
