Job Description

We’re looking for a IT Support Engineer to manage and improve internal IT systems. You’ll support employees day-to-day while also contributing to projects that improve systems, tooling and processes across a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve IT issues and streamline support processes
  • Oversee device setup, tracking, and management through MDM tools
  • Manage user accounts and access in Okta and Google Workspace
  • Deploy and maintain Windows and macOS devices
  • Support office infrastructure, AV systems, and basic networking
  • Assist with projects, create documentation, and share knowledge with the team

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in IT support or TechOps in dynamic environments
  • Strong skills in Windows and macOS support
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (Jamf or Intune) and identity management (Okta / AD)
