IT Support Engineer, Bulgaria

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from internal users, submitted through internal systems or through in-person interactions;
  • Assist with hardware provisioning and deprovisioning processes and manage asset inventory records;
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across endpoint devices;
  • Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices;
  • Perform user account provisioning, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts as required;
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to Senior IT staff for further investigation and resolution;
  • Participate in IT projects , including tasks such as developing automation workflows, implementing AI services, performing housekeeping tasks, and other initiatives;
  • Participate in IT security initiatives, including patch management and adherence to security protocols;
