IT Support Engineer, Bulgaria
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries from internal users, submitted through internal systems or through in-person interactions;
- Assist with hardware provisioning and deprovisioning processes and manage asset inventory records;
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across endpoint devices;
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices;
- Perform user account provisioning, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts as required;
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to Senior IT staff for further investigation and resolution;
- Participate in IT projects , including tasks such as developing automation workflows, implementing AI services, performing housekeeping tasks, and other initiatives;
- Participate in IT security initiatives, including patch management and adherence to security protocols;
