This is a hands-on IT support role within a fast-growing, highly technical organisation operating at the cutting edge of science and engineering. You'll play a key part in keeping people productive by making sure their tools, systems, and devices work, whether they're in the office or working remotely.

You'll be highly visible across the business, supporting a smart, demanding user base and working closely with an IT Manager and external support partners. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and seeing issues through to completion, this role will suit you well.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing devices, access, and core systems for new users
• 1st-2nd Line technical support for colleagues, diagnosing issues across mixed operating systems and resolving them efficiently
