IT Support Engineer

Role:

• We're hiring an IT Support Engineer to support business-critical IT systems used by engineering and manufacturing teams.
• This role goes beyond traditional IT support—you'll help keep production and test operations running reliably in a secure, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support IT systems used in manufacturing and test floor environments.
• Provide advanced Windows & Linux support for users and systems.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting production, testing, and engineering workflows.
• Support IT aspects of ATE test platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne) alongside engineering teams.
• Investigate recurring issues and drive long-term fixes.
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to improve system reliability.

Required Skills:

• Experience supporting Windows and Linux in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications.
• Exposure to production or time-critical environments.
• Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
