Coventry – Onsite

We are recruiting a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support an MSP client based in Coventry. This is an outside IR35 contract, primarily onsite, providing hands‑on technical support across a Windows‑based infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a proactive, customer‑focused engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, working closely with users, and supporting core IT systems in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users, both desk‑side and remotely
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including routine checks and basic administration
  • Manage and respond to incidents, service requests, and changes via a ticketing system
