Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to manage and support the organizations IT systems at our Dubai office. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily IT operations, timely technical support, and secure system performance within a professional tax consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
  • Ensure regular system updates, backups, and antivirus protection
  • Assist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure
