As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining all IT and communication systems across the Adler & Allan Group. You’ll oversee installation and maintenance of local IT systems, ensuring our IT service meets organisational needs while remaining commercially focused.

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to sites nationwide and overnight stays when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide network support across the group
  • Support PC, laptop, and mobile connectivity
  • Assist with Microsoft Office & O365 applications
  • Manage IP telephony systems
  • Implement company hardware and software
  • Handle technical support queries (local and remote) using Lansweeper & TeamViewer
  • Perform network installations
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks
