General Requirements: · Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Australia
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
· Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS
· A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
· Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
