Job Description
The IT Support Engineer will play a key role in supporting our clients’ day-to-day IT operations while gaining exposure to a wide range of systems and technologies. The role involves handling help desk requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and administering IT systems to ensure smooth and reliable operations. In addition to daily support tasks, the engineer will assist with infrastructure setup, network configuration, and cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure. Working within a systems integrator and value-added reseller environment, the engineer will also contribute to project delivery and support the preparation of technical inputs for proposals. This is a hands-on role for a motivated generalist who thrives on solving problems and wants to develop broader skills across IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud.
