IT Support Engineer – Park's Motor Group

Location: Hamilton (Head Office)

Hours: Rotating shifts triweekly – Monday to Friday 07:00‑16:00, 08:00‑17:00, 09:00‑18:00 plus occasional Saturdays on rota and out‑of‑hours work during major upgrades or project‑based work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st‑to‑3rd line support to end‑users on‑site, remotely and by telephone.
  • Offer hardware and software support, troubleshoot desktop, server and network issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation of common fixes and installation procedures.
  • Carry out occasional small‑scale project work, working independently when required.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Experience providing IT support in a busy environment to end‑users in MS Windows, MS Office and general desktop software/hardware.
  • Windows System Administration experience – Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11.
