IT Support Engineer

Location: Hamilton (Head Office)

Hours: Rotating shifts triweekly, Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00 and 09:00-18:00.

Occasional Saturdays on rota and, when required, working out of hours during major upgrade or project-based work.

The role will cover all aspects of IT, ranging from 1st Line up to 3rd Line and involves a mixture of hardware and software requirements. Some of the main responsibilities include providing 1st – 3rd line support to end users on-site, remotely and by telephone; providing both hardware and software support; troubleshooting desktop, server and network issues; and carrying out occasional project work like upgrades or migrations.​
