Job Description

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to and resolve IT support requests and tickets.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and network services.
  4. Develop and maintain manuals, and other support documentation.
  5. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
  6. Document all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
  7. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.

IT Infrastructure Administration and Maintenance Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  2. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
  3. Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining antivirus and anti-malware solutions.
