About the Company: 

Our client is an investment firm specializing in multi-strategy hedge fund management, employing a systematic and data-driven approach to identify opportunities across global markets. With a focus on delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns, the team leverages quantitative models and diversified strategies. The IT Support Engineer will assist with data engineering support, desktop IT support, and systems support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the ingestion, validation, and monitoring of market and operational data

  • Write basic to intermediate SQL queries for troubleshooting data issues and supporting reporting needs

  • Manage and troubleshoot FTP/SFTP file transfers and connectivity

  • Debug through custom C# and Python applications
