Job Description
- Provide full IT helpdesk support to company's end users, including daily on-site assistance and occasional remote support during assigned shifts.
- Monitor the company's ticketing system for SFC, WMS, and manufacturing system issues, and provide support according to established SOPs.
- Retrieve and analyze system transaction data using fundamental SQL queries.
- Monitor network and server health to ensure stable tester and production environments; escalate issues during emergencies with basic TCP/IP knowledge.
- Support and troubleshoot production label printing issues involving Zebra and Sharp printers.
- Conduct internal IT audits and training sessions to ensure factory IT compliance, following defined procedures and policies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including system and access management.
- Handle IT asset procurement documentation, installation, configuration, user support, license renewals...
