IT Support Engineer . My client is a family run, growing company which provides monitoring services for alarm, lone worker and CCTV systems throughout the UK & ROI. Established in 1987, we are a leading UK & ROI independent alarm monitoring centre offering premium monitoring services for installers and by extension their end users.

The successful candidate will be part of a small IT support team with responsibility for maintaining, supporting, and developing the organisations diverse IT systems from user support through to system infrastructure and cyber security. You will be tasked with resolving technical issues collaborating with customers and team members across all departments to support their technical infrastructure. You will need to be self-driven, highly motivated and keen interest in all aspects of IT and technology.
