Your Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide first- and second-line technical support, manage tickets, and assist with system administration tasks for public sector users.

Your Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support end users via phone, email, and in person
• Manage Active Directory accounts and access rights
• Document issues and elevate complex problems
• Assist with Windows updates and endpoint security

Your Profile

• Degree or diploma in IT, Networking, or related field
• 2+ years of technical support experience
