L2 IT Support Engineer

Location: Santiago, Portugal

Responsibilities

As a L2 Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to all users for hardware and software managed by the IT department.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing frontline assistance and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing, configuring, and deploying IT equipment (PCs, peripherals, etc.).
  • Coordinating and/or performing hands-on repairs and replacements of PC components.
  • Installing and updating software, configuring hardware, systems, and applications.
  • Logging and managing incidents, service requests, and problems using ServiceNow, following ITIL standards.
  • Escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
