Responsibilities
End-User IT Support (On-site IT Support)
Provide daily on-site IT technical support to internal employees, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents and service requests to ensure smooth daily operations in a timely manner.Follow up on IT tickets from the Global IT Service Desk, ensuring issues are resolved and requests are completed in accordance with SLAs.Perform installation, upgrades, patching, software deployment, and compliance checks for Windows and Mac OS systems.Assist with application installation and configuration, user account and access permission management, and provide end-user guidance as needed.IT Asset Management
