Responsibilities

End-User IT Support (On-site IT Support)

  • Provide daily on-site IT technical support to internal employees, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents and service requests to ensure smooth daily operations in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on IT tickets from the Global IT Service Desk, ensuring issues are resolved and requests are completed in accordance with SLAs.
  • Perform installation, upgrades, patching, software deployment, and compliance checks for Windows and Mac OS systems.
  • Assist with application installation and configuration, user account and access permission management, and provide end-user guidance as needed.
  • IT Asset Management

  • Manage and maintain company IT assets, including computers, printers, IP phones, conference room equipment, and server room equipment.
