Our client, a leading MSP, is expanding their team and seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to deliver top-tier IT support and solutions to a variety of clients. This is a hybrid role , combining home & office-based and on-site work, offering excellent exposure to diverse technologies and a supportive, professional team.
What you'll do:
Provide 2nd line support for client IT environments, including servers, networks, and cloud services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
Assist with server installations, migrations, and ongoing maintenance
Configure and maintain networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualisation environments
