Job Description
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support across office and construction site operations, ensuring smooth IT performance and system reliability for all staff and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Troubleshooting
Provide timely on-site and remote IT support for all employees.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist users with email, printer, VPN, and internet connectivity problems.
Equipment Setup & Maintenance
Prepare and configure laptops for new joiners.
Maintain IT asset inventory and perform routine maintenance on hardware.
Manage software installations, updates, and licensing compliance.
Server & Network Administration
Monitor and maintain company servers, data backups, and network systems.
Assist in system upgrades and ensure network security protocols are followed.
