IT Support Engineer (Spain)

Ardo serves its clients in the Retail, Food Service, and Industry segments. To support our global activities and colleagues our international IT Infrastructure team offers a 24/7 high quality service. We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer (in Benimodo, Spain) to help provide second-line and on-site technical support across the company, including factories and offices. In this role you are part of an international team of 13 Support and System Engineers, reporting to the Group IT Infrastructure Manager, and operating from our factory office in Spain.

• You resolve incident and change request tickets, using your experience and broadening your expertise by collaborating with your team members.
