Job Description

1、 Software Technical Services:

  • System software maintenance: Routine maintenance, installation, upgrades of Windows operating systems; using guides and configuration services, and system image creation and maintenance.
  • Application Software Services:Office series software; IE series software and other business software systems installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • User Guidance Services:Resolve issues for commonly used software operation, hardware problems encountered, and provide basic training.
  • Virus Protection Maintenance:Installation of antivirus software, updates for antivirus databases, and removal of viruses.

2、 Hardware Maintenance Content

  • Hardware installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installation.
  • Detection, localisation, and troubleshooting of hardware faults.
  • Hardware reparation and delivery services.
  • Ensuring stable operation of hardware (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.) through routine maintenance to extend hardware lifespan.
  • Providing guidance and training on hardware usage, software operation, and internet use based on needs and actual conditions to enhance user computer skills and efficiency.
  • Assisting in the numbering and registration of existing equipment, and compiling statistics on maintenance rates and costs.

3、 Network and Server

  • Terminal network connections.
  • Terminal network troubleshooting.
  • Network connections and troubleshooting from switches to terminals.
  • Support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity.
  • Possess knowledge related to the management and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and shared file servers.

4、 Helpdesk Service Content

  • Handle tickets assigned by the Center and complete them on time.
  • Address other helpdesk tasks as per the work arrangements.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science, or related experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with various Windows operating systems, printing systems and computer hardware (desktop computers, laptops, etc.).
  • Familiar with general network hardware and capable of performing basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks. Ability to Support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity
  • Familiar with the configuration of various application software.
  • Familiar with the management and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and shared file servers
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of supporting and maintaining Chinese and English versions of operating systems and software systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to plan and organize work.
  • Good to have experience working in an ITIL environment, as well as GxP or pharmaceutical industry experience.
