About the Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide comprehensive technical support for Windows workstations and mobility solutions, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network components. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting, ticket management, and smart hands support for network infrastructure.

In this Role, You Will

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows workstations and provide mobility support/management.
• Apply practitioner-level knowledge in SCCM 2012 and Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Use command-line tools and scripting languages for remote installation and application management.
