Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer / Technician to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in providing end‑user support, managing inventory and procurement, and ensuring seamless onboarding of users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in desktop support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and security tools, along with a basic understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support to end‑users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Track and manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory levels.
  • Oversee procurement processes for new equipment and software licensing as needed.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding tasks, including setting up user accounts, provisioning hardware, and granting required access rights.
