Responsibilities:
- Attend to helpdesk calls
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Provide first-level technical support and resolve IT tickets.
- Maintain IT hardware inventory and track lifecycle management.
- Assist in setting up and configuring IT hardware for management team.
- Ensure hardware compliance with security policies and standards.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and recommend process improvements.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years' of IT hardware support/helpdesk experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
