DIRECT HIRE, hands-on IT Support Field Service role. This is not a call center job and not a help desk queue role. This is real client-facing support where your work is visible, valued, and makes an immediate impact.This is for a full-service IT support provider that partners closely with its clients from setup through ongoing support. They are known for fast response, strong relationships, and practical solutions that keep businesses running.We are specifically looking for someone based in Nassau County (where the role is predominately located) who enjoys being in the field and working directly with end users.Your mission would be to:
