What you will do
As our On Site Service Analyst will do:
Service Operations: Handle incidents and requests as per defined processes and SLA. Reinstall and refresh computer clients as per defined processes. Report potential problems to Problem Management. Support and assist with setting up/using remote collaboration tools/systemsActively contribute with ideas to improve IT situation at local siteProject participation and Implementation of global projects at local siteBasic training to individual users at local siteAttend trainings on new technical solutions being rolledout in the companyUnder supervision perform standard activities in a serviceWe believe you have
