    We’re looking for an IT Support / Help Desk Technician to join our team and provide day-to-day technical support for internal users in our Austin office. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting a busy environment with a high volume of tickets.

    What you’ll do:

  • Provide basic IT help desk support for internal employees (password resets, hardware/software issues, printers, cameras, peripherals, etc.)
  • Set up and support workstations, conference rooms, and office equipment
  • Handle onboarding tasks in Active Directory (user setup, security groups)
  • Manage and resolve tickets using the ticketing system
  • Help create and improve IT documentation
  • Work closely with a small IT team and serve as the main onsite support for the Austin office
