Job Summary (List Format)

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for endpoints, network queries, and basic IT infrastructure issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues (Windows/Mac/Linux).
  • Support and troubleshoot networking protocols and configurations (VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment, applications and network connectivity.
  • Support POS (Point of Sale) systems (preferred but not required).
  • Document support tickets, solutions and follow escalation procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within a multicultural multi-national environment.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and eagerness to learn.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
