IT Support Heroes! We need someone like you to be our go-to hero for tech support! You'll be rocking it by making sure all our tech stuff, from workstations to phones and servers, is top-notch. Oh, and you'll also be throwing in your tech wizardry on some global IT projects. Let's break it down!

On the Tech Front:

  • Help out our partners with any tech issues, whether it's hardware, phones, or any other tech mysteries.
  • Keep an eye on trends in tech issues and fix the root cause or bring in the right team to do it.
  • Play the tech doctor by diagnosing, repairing, installing, and upgrading IT software and hardware.
