We provide local IT support to the customer. We are generalists, and our support includes helping the customer with any IT issue, including hardware, software related, networking, cyber security issues, help with onboarding and offboarding of new employees..etc.In addition, we participate in various IT projects that help bring IT to the next level.
We also provide the necessary training to our internal customers and help level 3 support with any help needed. For example, if the networking team requires assistance, where are there to help?
