Job Description
The IT Support will be responsible for providing basic to intermediate technical support in the use of software and hardware tools within the organization. This role includes managing and troubleshooting issues related to operating systems while ensuring connectivity and optimal functioning of technological devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Excel:
- Perform data entry and formatting.
- Use Power Query to import, connect, and shape external data.
- Create basic PivotTables for data analysis.
- Understand relationships between multiple tables in Excel.
- Navigate the Excel interface efficiently.
- Sort, filter, and protect worksheets and workbooks.
Networking:
- Troubleshoot basic network connection issues, including ISP modems, firewalls, network switches, and multiple computers.
- Diagnose and escalate more complex issues as needed.

- Set up devices running Windows 10/11.
