Job Description

We’re seeking a candidate who is 60% leadership and 40% technical. This role is designed for an individual who not only has a deep understanding of IT technologies but also excels in guiding teams and building robust IT systems. You will be instrumental in deploying and customizing our new ITSM tool, refining our desktop support operations, and driving continuous improvement in our IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, process optimization, and hands-on technical expertise to bridge current infrastructure gaps and set the strategic direction for our support services.
