About the Role

Our client are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
1st Line Engineer
to join their Service Desk team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, providing technical support to customers.

As a key member of the Service Desk, you will act as the first point of contact for IT support requests and incidents, ensuring they are handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with service expectations. You will work closely with our workshop, field, 2nd line, and 3rd line teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and customer satisfaction remains high.

Key Responsibilities

User Support & Service Desk (85%)

  • Answer incoming Service Desk calls in a professional and timely manner
