About the Role

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our IT team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in a professional services environment. As part of a small team, you will be exposed to all facets of our technology stack, gain some valuable experience, and develop important skills.

As part of the end-user experience function in the IT Team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure equipment is configured and ready for use as it is required.

To excel in this role, you will have strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a willingness and desire to learn and to contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provision of level 1 desktop support across the Firm’s standard operating environment.
  • Laptop imaging and testing.
  • Escalation of issues to level 2/3 team.
  • Audio visual and presentation setup.
  • Assisting with IT projects.

About You

You have the ability to work well with others in a proactive and collaborative manner. You enjoy problem solving and pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced and professional environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in these areas is desirable but not essential:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience providing IT support in a medium sized office environment.
  • Relevant IT qualifications (degree or certificate).
