We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Officer. This is an entry-level role focused on providing frontline technical support to over 100 staff members across the organization. Responsibilities:

• Device Setup/Decommissioning and Configuration

• Set up new laptops and desktops for end users (Windows).

• Configure user profiles, network settings, and software.
• Perform laptop formatting and OS reinstallation (e.g., Windows 11).
