Responsibilities
- Helpdesk Support: Respond to inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system. Log and document user issues, identify the problem, and attempt to resolve it or escalate to higher-level support when necessary.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by users, including issues with software, hardware malfunctions, network connectivity, or user errors.
- Issue Escalation: Assess the severity and complexity of technical issues and escalate to Level 2 or Level 3 support when required.
