IT Support On-Site

As Technical Support Engineer you will be part of the IT Infrastructure team on a part-time basis at the Chihuahua Distribution Center. This role will provide local and remote support to approximately 675 users and 23 sites across the northern region of Mexico. The position is critical to ensuring operational continuity, improving service quality, and supporting technological growth in the region. You will collaborate with a team of four engineers to share tasks and deliver efficient, timely technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support at the Chihuahua Distribution Center during part-time hours.

• Deliver remote support to users and sites across the northern region, ensuring quick resolution of incidents.
