  • Experience Range :
    Targeting candidates with 9–12 years of IT experience , including 5+ years in IT operations leadership .
  • Team Management :
    Should have experience managing 10–15 team members  in a global support environment.
  • Technical Hands-On :
    Role is not purely managerial ; candidates must be hands-on with Snowflake architecture , performance tuning, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Cloud Expertise :
    GCP is mandatory  for this role; AWS/Azure exposure is an added advantage.
  • Certifications :
    ITIL preferred , but not mandatory.
