What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Maintain systems, networks, and user accounts
  • Install, configure, and update IT equipment
  • Support day-to-day IT operations
  • Collaborate with team members to improve systems and security

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in IT support or related role
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and basic security
  • Strong problem-solving skills
