Job Description
Provide daily technical support for employees and assist the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and basic infrastructure to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PC and laptop setup , OS installation, and software configuration.
- Support printer setup , troubleshooting, toner replacement, and connectivity issues.
- Handle new user onboarding : email setup, user account creation, access permissions.
- Install and update company-approved applications .
- Responsible for IT inventory tracking : laptops, monitors, peripherals.
- Handle basic hardware repairs or coordinate with vendors.
- Log and manage tickets in the helpdesk system and update follow-ups.
- Assist in meeting room setup , projector/TV/Zoom/Teams configuration.
- Support company events requiring IT assistance.
