Job Description

Provide daily technical support for employees and assist the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and basic infrastructure to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PC and laptop setup , OS installation, and software configuration.
  • Support printer setup , troubleshooting, toner replacement, and connectivity issues.
  • Handle new user onboarding : email setup, user account creation, access permissions.
  • Install and update company-approved applications .
  • Responsible for IT inventory tracking : laptops, monitors, peripherals.
  • Handle basic hardware repairs or coordinate with vendors.
  • Log and manage tickets in the helpdesk system and update follow-ups.
  • Assist in meeting room setup , projector/TV/Zoom/Teams configuration.
  • Support company events requiring IT assistance.
