Job Title: IT Support Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Intune

Primary Focus

Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by administering Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Microsoft 365 services, while delivering high-quality L1–L2 end-user support in a hybrid enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Identity Administration

• Provide L1–L2 support for Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and permissions in hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM), including role-based access control and conditional access.
• Monitor and respond to Microsoft 365 service alerts, incidents, and outages.
