IT Support

Role & Responsibilities

• To support the Group on various IT requirements that includes to design, deploy and maintain IT solutions that include infrastructure, applications and mobile computing devices which are delivered through Desktop Management Services.
• Deliver top notch support services to the VIPs / top management executives as well as Home support, in accordance with the Group's standards and strategies.
• Ensure that infrastructure, applications and mobile computing device services meet the terms of the Service Level Agreements with the Group. This includes managing the CCTVs, PABX system support, Intercom entry system support
• Configure and manage network switches, firewall, enterprise wifi system (eg. Ruckus)
• Configure and manage Network Area Storage (NAS)
• Familiar and able to troubleshoot iOS related issues.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot iCloud Photo
• Configure and Manage TV and AV system including cinema, familiar with AV systems (Control 4, BOSE)
• Photo Management, Photography and photo editing, such as supporting events in taking group photos during events, edit/print photos for guests, archiving of photos and organizing photos inside NAS

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Information Systems / Computer Science related field or its equivalent
• At least 3 years in desktop support environment and server or network work experience.
• Experience in supporting top management executives and VIPs is preferred.
• Experience and/or some knowledge of thin-client hardware, system architectures and operations, mobile device computing like Laptops, IPad, mobile phones (such as plus CCTVs, PBX),
• Understanding of Cisco routers, switches and network cable management, LAN/MAN/WAN/VLAN and VOIP technologies, desktop/ laptop and printing hardware, windows server technologies, exchange mail server technologies, Security concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics which focuses on integrity, sense of responsibility, emphasis on quality, discipline and strong sense of teamwork.
• Strong learning aptitude, self-starter and works under minimum supervision. Able to execute tasks independently.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage
