**What you’ll do**:
- Install and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Serve as first line of contact, reporting issues, solutions, and escalations in the ITSM tool.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT systems.
- Install and maintain hardware and software as needed.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Prepare and train users, providing references and ongoing support.
- Identify IT users’ needs to optimize hardware and software capabilities.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues reported to the Service Desk.
Experiência y requisitos
**What we’re looking for**:
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation & support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with great communication skills.
- Intermediate English level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field
