Job Description
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for end-users (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripheral devices
- Support user account management (email, Active Directory, access permissions)
- Assist in monitoring system performance, backups, and basic security controls
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions for tracking and reporting
