Job Description

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for end-users (onsite and remote)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripheral devices
  • Support user account management (email, Active Directory, access permissions)
  • Assist in monitoring system performance, backups, and basic security controls
  • Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions for tracking and reporting
