Job Description
We are looking for the best IT Support agents to join a growing team in the telecommunications industry.
Some of the essential duties include:
- Review order package, all required documentation and applicable information to confirm is available for implementation.
- Attend call(s) with the customer as coordinated by the Project Manager for information gathering and/or validation.
- Communicate effectively with the customer and/or vendor to understand their setup and business needs.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in information technology, managed services, telecommunications or other relevant experience.
- Preferred knowledge: Office 365, IT security tools, Managed Services process platforms.
- Experience with supporting currently Microsoft Supported Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Experience with monitoring of ticketing system, prioritizing problems, supporting projects, and supporting enterprise level infrastructure (installing, patching/maintaining...
