Key Accountabilities:
Work on the IT tickets raised by business related to the applications.Understanding the business functionality of the applications that are beign supported.Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools. Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications. Collaborate with other IT Team members. Document technical issues and solutions. Provide on-call support as needed. Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.Requirements
