Key Accountabilities:

  • Work on the IT tickets raised by business related to the applications.
  • Understanding the business functionality of the applications that are beign supported.
  • Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools.
  •  Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.
  •  Collaborate with other IT Team members.
  •  Document technical issues and solutions.
  •  Provide on-call support as needed.
  •  Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.
  • Requirements 

  •  Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
