About This Role:

The IT Support Specialist III is vital in managing and optimizing endpoint management and patch management services to ensure the efficiency and security of PC and Mac systems within the university. This position plays a key role in maintaining system performance, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring high compliance with the latest software updates. The specialist will work closely with IT teams to streamline processes, implement new technologies, and maintain a robust IT infrastructure that supports the university's operational needs
